Corn was in January 1991 that “called” me to start the first action in Greece for local seed varieties.
Corn was what led me in August 1992 to make my first exploratory mission for local seed varieties.
I worked in the program for the exploitation of Greek Corn Varieties in 1998 – 1999
My wife Sofia was packing corn that became the reason for me to meet her.
Now I am invited to the 2025 Maize Gathering eventat at Indiana University in the U. S. A.
Grateful to the spirit of corn that changed my life and continues to invite me to challenges.
Grateful to all the people of Indiana University for the honor of making me one of the speakers.
You can watch the event on October 17, 2025 online
